Couples Counseling

In couples therapy, also known as couples counseling or relationship therapy, couples work through their relationship issues with the assistance of a counselor. Couples therapy is sometimes referred to as marriage counseling when couples are married.

A couples therapist will mediate these discussions for you if you're worried about communicating calmly or being open with your partner. One way couples counseling may help is through communication skills training. This can help you and your partner communicate more effectively so that you are able to listen to, understand, and speak to each other.

Family/Group Counseling

As a form of psychotherapy, family therapy and family counseling services strive to improve communication between families, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships.

Families typically participate in family therapy sessions together, although individuals may also work with the therapist one-on-one. Throughout the duration of the sessions there will be a treatment plan geared toward the needs and objectives of each family member

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a professional helps a single person work through challenges they have been facing. Individual therapy can be an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental health conditions.

Just like any other forms of therapy, the individual and therapist will create a treatment plan geared towards the needs and objectives of the individual. This may include but not limited to the exploration of emotions, behavior patterns, conflict resolution, and strengths and weaknesses.
